Who we are
BeachVolleyballAI is a service for analyzing beach volleyball matches. We help you extract insights from your videos: player positions, ball tracking, highlights, and statistics.
Your account
You create an account with your email, Google account, or Telegram. You're responsible for keeping your password and login secret. You agree to use the service honestly — no fake accounts, harassment, or spam.
Your videos
You own your videos. When you upload, you give us permission to:
- Process them to extract analysis
- Store the results (matches, highlights, stats) until you delete them
- Possibly use them to improve our models (only if you say yes in your profile settings)
You confirm you have permission from everyone who appears in the video to upload it here.
Training our models
We use your videos to train our analysis models — to make ball detection better, track player positions more accurately, and improve all features. This is enabled by default.
If you don't want your videos used for training, you can turn it off in your profile settings. Once disabled, new uploads won't be used to train future models. (We don't "unlearn" past training — that's not how models work.)
We never:
- Publish your videos without asking you first (a highlight clip goes to our YouTube channel only after you agree)
- Sell or share them with anyone
- Use them for anything other than improving this service
What you can store
Free plan: Up to 5 active matches at a time, with every feature — Detailed included.
One-time paid unlock: Up to 20 active matches, 2 of them processing at once.
(See your account profile for details.)
How long we keep things
- Your original video: Deleted automatically 30 days after you upload
- Analysis results: Kept until you delete the match
- Your profile and email: Kept while your account exists
What's not allowed
- Upload videos you don't have rights to
- Use the service to harass or harm others
- Flood the service with hundreds of uploads to abuse free quotas
- Reverse-engineer or scrape our models
Our service is as-is
We do our best, but analysis quality depends on camera angle, lighting, and video quality. Features may change or break. We're not liable if something goes wrong — we're a small team building this in public.
We can suspend your account
If you break these rules or harm others, we can disable your access. We'll try to tell you why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these rules. If we make major changes, we'll ask you to agree again.
